秦岭隧洞长距离独头掘进施工通风技术研究

随着水工隧洞独头掘进距离的不断加大,爆破出渣等机械作业产生的大量有害气体难以出洞,洞内作业安全及人员健康受到严重影响。洞内通风是保障施工进度、安全及环境的重要因素之一,有效的通风方案及通风措施,使得有害气体快速出洞有利于洞内的良好工作环境及人员安全。以秦岭输水隧洞4 号支洞及上下游主洞为例,研究水工隧洞长距离施工通风的关键技术,提出设计优化措施,并对通风应急措施进行总结。研究成果可为引水隧洞钻爆段的施工通风技术理论研究及工程实践提供借鉴。
Study on Ventilation Technology of Long Distance Single Head Excavation Construction in Qinling Tunnel
With the increasing distance of single-head excavation in hydraulic tunnel,a large number of harmful gases produced by mechanical operations such as blasting slag are difficult to go out of the tunnel,and the safety of operation and the health of personnel in the tunnel are seriously affected.Ventilation in the tunnel is one of the important factors to ensure the construction progress,safety and environment.Effective ventilation scheme and ventilation measures make the harmful gas out of the tunnel quickly,which is conducive to the good working environment and personnel safety in the tunnel.Taking the No.4 branch tunnel and the upstream and downstream main tunnel of Qinling water conveyance tunnel as an example,the key technology of long-distance construction ventilation of hydraulic tunnel is studied,the design optimization measures are put forward,and the ventilation emergency measures are summarized.The research results can provide reference for the theoretical research and engineering practice of construction ventilation technology in the drilling and blasting section of diversion tunnel.
