为提高南水北调中线工程防洪度汛科学性,提升防汛抢险决策水平,有效计算交叉河流过流情况,最大限度减少南水北调交叉河道洪水造成的人员伤亡和工程损失,保障工程正常运行,开展南水北调中线工程交叉河道水文计算工作非常有必要。以南水北调中线交叉河道净肠河倒虹吸河道计算为例,运用HEC-RAS水动力模型对净肠河倒虹吸河道水文复核,根据 24 小时洪水情况,对交叉河道断面部位洪水流量及水位进行计算,复核验算结论超标洪水问题,为南水北调工程防洪度汛提供信息支撑,以期对其他类似工程科学预防,避免水毁、减小损失能够有所帮助。
Application of HEC-RAS Model in Flood Calculation of Middle Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project
In order to improve the scientific nature of flood control in the middle route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project,improve the decision-making level of flood control and emergency rescue,effectively calculate the flow of cross rivers,minimize the casualties and engineering losses caused by floods in the cross rivers of South-to-North Water Diversion Project,and ensure the normal operation of the project,it is necessary to carry out the hydrological calculation of the cross rivers of the middle route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project.Taking the calculation of the inverted siphon channel of the Jingchang River in the cross channel of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project as an example,the HEC-RAS hydrodynamic model is used to review the hydrology of the inverted siphon channel of the Jingchang River.According to the 24-hour flood situation,the flood flow and water level of the cross channel section are calculated,and the problem of exceeding the standard flood is reviewed and checked.It provides information support for the flood control and flood control of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,with a view to scientific prevention of other similar projects,avoiding water damage and reducing losses.
