水中亚硝酸盐氮测定的几种分析方法对比探究

亚硝酸盐氮是指水体中含氮有机物在氧化过程中形成的硝酸盐的中间产物。作为评估地下水污染水平的重要指标之一,亚硝酸盐氮的检测常采用分光光度法、离子色谱法和连续流动分析法等方法。采用这三种方法对国家标准物质和多种地下水样品进行检测,并对它们的基本要求和结果进行比较和分析。此外,还通过t检验和F检验对数据的趋势进行统计分析。研究结果可为水环境检测工作提供参考。
Comparative Study of Several Analytical Methods for the Determination of Nitrite Nitrogen in Water
Nitrite nitrogen refers to the intermediate product of nitrate formed in the oxidation process of nitrogen-containing organic matter in water.As one of the important indicators to evaluate the level of groundwater pollution,the detection of nitrite nitrogen often uses spectrophotometry,ion chromatography and continuous flow analysis.In this paper,these three methods are used to detect national standard materials and various groundwater samples,and their basic requirements and results are compared and analyzed.In addition,the trend of the data was statistically analyzed by t test and F test.
