Comparative Study of Several Analytical Methods for the Determination of Nitrite Nitrogen in Water
Nitrite nitrogen refers to the intermediate product of nitrate formed in the oxidation process of nitrogen-containing organic matter in water. As one of the important indicators to evaluate the level of groundwater pollution, the detection of nitrite nitrogen often uses spectrophotometry, ion chromatography and continuous flow analysis. In this paper, these three methods are used to detect national standard materials and various groundwater samples, and their basic requirements and results are compared and analyzed. In addition, the trend of the data was statistically analyzed by t test and F test.
