摘要

为了提高加纳布维水电站围堰工程的防渗效果,采用灌浆方式进行防渗加固.结合工程经验,提出使用高压旋喷方式进行灌浆加固.综合全围堰高喷灌浆结果,平均单耗 543.25 kg/m,其中一序孔、二序孔平均单耗分别为 639.22 kg/m、429.43 kg/m.经过一序孔防渗灌浆施工后,土石围堰中的大渗漏通道基本被封堵,二序孔高压旋喷灌浆施工时已能够正常返浆,达到预定的防渗加固要求.

Abstract

In order to improve the anti-seepage effect of the cofferdam project of the Ghana Bui Hydropower Station,grouting is used for anti-seepage reinforcement.Combined with engineering experience,it is proposed to use high-pressure rotary jet grouting for grouting reinforcement.Comprehensively considering the results of high-pressure jet grouting of the entire cofferdam,the average unit consumption is 543.25 kg/m,of which the average unit consumption of the first-order holes and the second-order holes are 639.22 kg/m and 429.43 kg/m respectively.After the anti-seepage grouting construction of the first-order holes,the large leakage channels in the earth-rock cofferdam were basically blocked,and the high-pressure rotary jet grouting of the second-order holes was able to return grout normally,meeting the predetermined anti-seepage reinforcement requirements.
