Discussion on the Desilting Mode of Xihe Reservoir in Yijun County
Xihe reservoir is the main water source for the production and living of 40,000 people in Yijun county,Shaanxi province.Due to the limited technology and construction conditions at the beginning of its construction,it does not have good sediment discharge facilities,is seriously silted up,and has a seriously insufficient water storage capacity.By comparing the existing dredging methods and combining the current situation of Xihe reservoir and the surrounding environment,the dredging mode that does not affect the normal operation of the reservoir is clarified,and the silt treatment methods are summarized,laying the foundation for the final determination of the standardized dredging design through physical model tests in the future,and providing a scientific basis for the standardized management of the reservoir.
