Evaluation and Analysis of Flood Impact of Natural Gas Pipeline Project Crossing River Channel
In order to study the impact of the second Sichuan Gas Eastward Transmission Line Zaoyang-Xuancheng interconnection line natural gas pipeline project on the river flow and hydrological situation across the Niutun river, the Lokhkin riverbed stability coefficient formula,MIKE 11 NAM basin flood model,Lacey and other scour formulas, and the levee seepage field calculation program of the"Finite Element Analysis System for Hydraulic Structures"were used to analyze the river evolution, the design flow of the crossing river section, the design flood level, and the impact of the project completion on the river flow, scour, river flow, drainage, levee and bank slope stability. The results show that the pipeline project has no obvious adverse effect on river flood control, which can provide a scientific basis for engineering design and river management.
