结合羊曲镶嵌混凝土面板堆石坝的结构布置及现场实际情况,进行了胶凝砂砾石(CSG)材料三轴试验,控制水泥掺量分别为10kg/m3、20kg/m3、30 kg/m3和40 kg/m3,分析水泥掺量对胶凝砂砾石材料弹性模量的影响;通过二维及三维有限元计算,分析不同区域填筑高模量胶凝砂砾石对坝体及面板应力应变的影响,为后续胶凝砂砾石材料现场施工提供参考依据。
Analysis of Influence of Cementitious Gravel Material on Inlaid Concrete Face Dam
Combined with the structural layout of Yangqu inlaid concrete face rockfill dam and the actual situation on site,triaxial tests of cementitious sand and gravel(CSG)materials were carried out,with cement dosage controlled at 10 kg/m3,20 kg/m3,30 kg/m3 and 40 kg/m3 respectively,to analyze the influence of cement dosage on the elastic modulus of cementitious sand and gravel materials;through two-dimensional and three-dimensional finite element calculations,the influence of high modulus cementitious sand and gravel filling in different areas on the stress and strain of the dam body and face plate was analyzed,providing a reference for the subsequent on-site construction of cementitious sand and gravel materials.
