水环境综合治理与河湖水系连通是当前解决城镇水环境问题和实现人水和谐的重要途径。针对城镇水系与水环境综合治理项目的特征,构建以数量、结构、空间特征为准则的城镇水系连通效果评估指标体系,对平舆县水环境综合治理与生态修复项目实施后水系连通效果进行评估。研究结果表明:水系连通后,河流支流增加,水域面积大幅提高,河流水系对降水的水文响应加快;水系均有较好的连接程度,河流结构良好。
Study on the Evaluation of the Connectivity Effect of Urban Water Systems
Comprehensive management of the water environment and river and lake system connectivity is currently an important way to solve the water environment problems in urban areas and achieve harmony between people and water.The paper constructed an index system for evaluating the effect of connectivity of urban water systems based on quantitative,structural and spatial characteristics in response to the characteristics of urban water systems and comprehensive water environment management projects,and evaluated the effect of connectivity of water systems after the implementation of the comprehensive water environment management and ecological restoration project in Pingyu county.The results of the study show that:after the connection of the water systems,the tributaries of the rivers increase and the watershed area is greatly increased.The hydrological response of the river systems to precipitation is accelerated.The water systems all have a good degree of connectivity and good river structure.
