Research progress on isolation,extraction and pharmacological activity of Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit.Polysaccharides
Pinellia ternata(Thunb.)Breit.,as a traditional bulk medicinal material in China,has the effect of removing dampness and eliminating phlegm,reducing nausea and eliminating qi stagnation,blood stasis and lumps.Pinellia ternata is rich in alkaloids,lectins,polysaccharides and organic acids.Polysaccharide,as one of the main active ingredients of Pinellia pinellia,has many biological activities such as antioxidant,anti-tumor,antibacterial,anti-inflam-matory and immunomodulatory.In this paper,the research status of Pinellia ternata polysaccharides was systemati-cally reviewed from the perspectives of isolation,extraction,structure analysis and biological activity,in order to pro-vide theoretical basis for its wide application in various fields in the future.
