Effect of modified Danyi Huoxue decoction on serum Tim-3,Gal-9 and RAGE in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion associated with obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome
Objective:To investigate the effects of modified Danyi Huoxue decoction on serum T cell immuno-globulin-and mucin-domain-containing molecule-3(Tim-3),galactin-9(Gal-9)and receptor of advanced glycation end-products(RAGE)in patients with obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome-related recurrent spontaneous abortion(OAPS-RSA).Methods:128 cases OAPS-RSA patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:the control group was treated with low-dose aspirin(LDA)combined with low molecular weight heparin(LMWH),and the observation group was treated with modified Danyi Huoxue decoction,with 64 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect,endom-etrial receptivity(ER),prethrombotic state(PTS),serum Tim-3,Gal-9,RAGE of 2 groups before and after treatment were compared,and the pregnancy outcome was followed up.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher(90.63%vs 76.56%)(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the endome-trial thickness(EMT),Tim-3,Gal-9 and RAGE in the experimental group had significantly increased,while pulse in-dex(PI),resistance index(RI),serum fibrin degradation products(FDP)and D-dimer(D-D)had significantly de-creased in the experimental group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the live birth rate had increased in the ex-perimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Danyi Huoxue decoction can improve the efficacy of OAPS-RSA pa-tients,improve ER and PTS,increase serum levels of Tim-3,Gal-9 and RAGE,and improve pregnancy outcomes.
