XIN Zhike summed up the theory of"Spleen-stomach center"in 50 years of clinical practice.The theory has deep academic accumulation and historical source,and has high academic value and clinical guiding signifi-cance.XIN Zhike believes that diseases should be viewed from a holistic perspective,and diseases and syndromes of various departments are inextricable in their theoretical origins.The spleen and stomach,as the source of acquired de-velopment and the hub of qi movement,occupy the center of the five zangfu organs and play an important role in commu-nicating the upper and lower viscera with the inner and outer viscera.This article briefly analyzes the origin of XIN Zhike's theory of"Spleen-stomach center",the connotation of traditional Chinese medicine and the application experience in various clinical diseases,and further elucidates the clinical practicability of"Spleen-stomach center"theory.
