This article mainly introduces Professor WU Quansheng's clinical experience in the treatment of dysmenorrhea of adenomyosis of cold coagulation and blood stasis type with cycle therapy.Professor WU Quansheng pains thought the nature of the disease is causing blood haemorrheological nature meridians cell palace operation im-peded,its pathogenesis is haemorrheological nature block,blood stasis,long within into disease,treatment should be combined with the woman's menstrual cycle rules of Yin and Yang,combined with traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy,treatment by installments.During the menstrual period,Shaofu Zhuyu decoction was given to remove blood stasis and dispel cold,nourish blood and promote meridian to treat symptoms.In the later stage,the Wenshen Nu-angong recipe was given to tonify qi and nourishing blood,warm kidney and invigorate the spleen to strengthen the root cause,and the syndrome differentiation was used to achieve the effect of treating both symptoms and root cau-ses.This article will combine a clinical basis to discuss professor WU use cycle therapy in the treatment of uterine ad-enomyosis dysmenorrhea haemorrheological nature blood stasis syndrome clinical experience.
