Hedgehog信号通路在卵巢中的作用机制及研究进展

Hedgehog信号通路是进化过程中呈现高度保守性的一条信号途径,在雌性哺乳动物的性腺发育及功能维持中扮演着重要角色,参与调控卵巢中多种细胞的分化,维持着卵巢结构及功能的稳定,促进卵泡的发育成熟及排出.该文简要概述了 Hedgehog信号通路在卵巢发育、卵巢生殖干细胞转化、卵泡发育与闭锁及卵巢癌症发生发展中的主要作用机制,以期为相关疾病的治疗提供些许思路.
Mechanisms and research progress of Hedgehog signaling pathway in the ovary
The Hedgehog signaling pathway is a highly conserved signaling pathway during evolution.It plays an important role in female mammalian gonadal development and functional maintenance.And involved in regulating the differentiation of various cells in the ovary,maintaining the stability of ovarian structure and function,and promo-ting follicular maturation and expulsion.In this paper,we briefly summarize the main mechanisms of Hedgehog sig-naling pathway in mammalian ovarian development,germline stem cell transformation,follicular development and atresia,and ovarian cancer development,with a view to providing some ideas for the treatment of related diseases.
