摘要

多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是临床常见的生殖代谢性疾病,影响很多女性的心理健康和生活质量.伴随分子生物学的不断进步,长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)已被证明在PCOS的发生发展中具有关键作用.中医药具有多靶点、多通路、副作用小、治愈率高等特点,在防治PCOS中有显著的临床疗效,但其分子机制尚未明确.本文就多种LncRNA参与PCOS及其并发症的发病机制进行综述,总结目前中药单体、复方及中医特殊疗法通过调控Ln-cRNA 改善PCOS及其并发症的研究进展,为明确PCOS的发病机制提供理论依据,为中医药改善PCOS提供新的作用靶点,为疾病的临床防治提供新思路.

Abstract

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a clinically common metabolic syndrome that affects the men-tal health and quality of life of many women.With the continuous exploration and development of molecular biology,Long non-coding RNA(LncRNA)has been shown to play an important role in the occurrence and development of P-COS.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has the characteristics of multi-target,multi-pathway,small side effects and high cure rate,and has significant clinical effect in the prevention and treatment of PCOS,but its molecular mech-anism has not been clarified.The article reviews the pathogenisis of various LncRNA involved in PCOS and its com-plications,and summarizes the current research progress of TCM monomer,compound and special therapy to im-prove PCOS and its complications by regulating LncRNA.so as to provide theoretical basis for clarifying the patho-genesis of PCOS.It provides a new target for improving PCOS by TCM and a new idea for clinical prevention and treatment of disease.
