本文阐述了我国人源肺癌类器官培养技术和相关标准现状,主要针对团体标准《人源肺癌类器官培养技术规范》(T/SHSYCXH 12-2022)中肺癌组织样本的获取和运输、肺癌类器官的原代培养和传代培养、冻存和复苏后培养、检测指标等要求展开解析,并对该标准的应用进行了展望.
Abstract
This paper describes the status of human lung cancer organoids cultivation technology and relative standards in China,and analyzes the keys technical requirements in the standard"Technical specification for culture of patient-derived lung cancer organoids"(T/SHSYCXH 12-2022),mainly focusing on several aspects of the standard,such as the acquisition and transportation of lung cancer tissue sample,primary culture and subculture,cryopreservation and post-thaw cultivation detection index of lung cancer organoids,etc.The paper provides an outlook on the application of the standard.
