基于项目管理的业务流程数字化框架研究

科研院所、高新技术企业在数字化管理方面的建设模式具有典型特征和借鉴意义.本文通过船舶集团业务流程标准化梳理和研究,夯实了数字化管理基础,分析和提出了能有效提高数字化转型管理效率的方法,验证了基于项目管理的业务流程的数字化框架在提质增效方面的促进作用.
Abstract
The construction mode of digital management in research institutes and high-tech enterprises has typical characteristics and reference significance.Through the analysis and research of business processes standardization,this paper consolidates the foundation of digital project management,analyzes and proposes effective methods to improve the efficiency of digital transformation management,and verifies the promoting role of the digital project management construction frame based on standardized business processes in improving quality and efficiency.
