船舶网络安全标准化需求研究

摘要
随着航运业智能化水平不断提升,船舶网络安全需求与日俱增,但船舶装备网络安全仍处于发展初级阶段.本文针对此现状与相关标准的分析研究后,建议行业相关组织在推进网络安全业务时,应从船舶设计、建造方和船舶设备供应方等多方进行需求梳理,分解船舶设计建造流程和相应网络安全工作,整合行业经验和资源;以建立标准为路径,降低船舶网络安全成本,并促进船舶行业数字化水平提升.
Abstract
With the increasing level of intelligence in the shipping industry,the demand for ship cyber security is growing every day,but the cyber security of ship equipment is still in the primary stage of development.In this paper,after analyzing and researching the current situation and relevant standards,it is suggested that when promoting the cyber security business,relevant organizations in the maritime industry should sort out the demand from ship designer,shipyard,ship equipment suppliers,etc.,decompose the ship design and construction process and the corresponding cyber security work,and integrate the industry's experience and resources;and take the establishment of standards as a path to reduce the cost of ship cybersecurity and to promote the enhancement of digitalization of the shipping industry.
