浅谈市场自主制定标准交易——以全国首例企业标准交易为例

创新技术依靠标准实现产业化,依靠知识产权实现权益保护.标准与知识产权协同是科技创新发展的趋势,全球产业结构升级的结果.本文基于全国首例企业标准交易创新实践,探索交易主体、交易客体、交易场景和交易条件等要素,为构建我国市场自主制定标准交易制度提供理论支撑和实施建议.
Abstract
Innovative technology relies on standards to realize industrialization and on intellectual properties rights to realize rights and interests protection.The synergy between standards and intellectual properties is a trend of technological innovation,development and a result of global industrial structure upgrading.Based on the first innovative practice of enterprise standard transaction in China,this paper explores factors such as transaction subjects,transaction objects,transaction scenarios,transaction conditions,etc.,and provides theoretical support and implementation suggestions for building a market-driven standard trading system in China.
