部件参数对重型车CO2排放的影响研究

本文基于整车动力和能耗传递链建立了重型车CO2排放模拟计算模型,研究了关键零部件参数对整车CO2排放的影响程度.以3台重型车(产自我国与欧盟)的4个驾驶循环为研究样本,设计了8种部件参数的模拟计算方案,制定了影响程度表征函数进行评价,并通过实验总结了影响CO2排放测试结果的因素,为相关标准的修订提供参考.
This paper established a simulation calculation model for CO2 emission of heavy-duty vehicles based on the power transmission chain of vehicle,and investigated the degree of influence of key component parameters on the CO2 emission of vehicle.Taking four driving cycles of three heavy-duty vehicles as research samples,the simulation calculation scheme of eight component parameters was designed,the characterization function of the degree of influence was formulated for evaluation,and the factors affecting the CO2 emission test results were summarized through experiments,which will provide a reference for the revision of the relevant standards.
