摘要
龙舟运动在我国源远流长.如今,各地的龙舟活动已经成为集龙舟竞技、文化展示、群众休闲娱乐等功能于一体的综合性文化体育活动.上海的龙舟活动体现出传统与时尚对接,文化、体育与旅游融合的特征,成为上海城市发展、文化软实力建设,以及社会民生的重要体现.上海市地方标准《龙舟活动服务规范》(DB31/T 1457-2023)遵循了系统性、专业性和可操作性原则,针对与龙舟活动相关的人、组织、设施设备、器材装备、场所、竞赛形式以及服务等多种要素进行了规范,为上海龙舟活动的有序广泛开展提供了依据.
Abstract
The Loong Boat movement has a long history in China.Nowadays,Loong Boat activities carried out everywhere have become a comprehensive cultural and sports activity integrating Loong Boat sports competition,cultural display,and mass recreation.The Loong Boat activities in Shanghai reflect the characteristics of the docking of tradition and fashion,the integration of culture,sports and tourism,and become an important embodiment of Shanghai's urban development,cultural soft power construction,and social livelihood.The local standard"Service Specification for Loong Boat Activities"(DB31/T 1457-2023)follows the three principles of systematic,professional and operability,which develops the requirement for various elements related to Loong Boat activities such as people,organizations,facilities,equipment,venues,competition forms,and services,which provides a basis for the sustainable and extensive development of Loong Boat activities in Shanghai.
