Industrial microorganisms are microorganisms that can obtain specific products or achieve specific applications through industrial scale cultivation.They are rich and diverse,and can use a variety of raw materials to produce different products.This paper introduces the characteristics of industrial microorganisms,expounds the development status of industrial microbial manufacturing industry,and summarizes the application of industrial microorganisms in four aspects:medicine and health,agriculture and animal husbandry,fine cosmetics,and environmental protection.At the same time,from the perspective of standardization,the standardization needs of industrial microorganisms were analyzed,the standardization research status was investigated,the standardization challenges at the present stage were clarified and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward,in order to provide reference for the related research of industrial microorganisms.
