In recent years,both domestic and foreign countries have gradually increased their efforts to develop technical standards in the field of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality(hereinafter referred to as"dual-carbon"),and the continuous development and improvement of this international standard has become an important tool and technological support to promote the global response to climate change,and it is guiding the global economy to a low-carbon and green transformation.This paper tracks the development trend of"dual carbon"standard and policies in the developed countries,analyzes the main problems facing the construction of"dual carbon"standardization in Shanghai.It also proposes to strengthen the construction of Shanghai's"dual-carbon"standard system,to promote the green,low-carbon and high-quality development through standardization,and to provide decision-making reference for the realization of the"dual-carbon"goal.
