The heavy-duty impact test of the automotive interior assembly is one of the important assessment methods to verify the safety of the automotive interior component subsystems. It can simulate the degree of injury caused by the automotive interior component subsystems to the human body in the event of a complete vehicle collision.Through the study of mandatory regulations and enterprise standards for interior components at home and abroad,a linear impact system capable of simulating heavy-duty impact test conditions has been developed. This system has the advantages of strong mechanical structure rigidity, low energy attenuation, data collection with both diversity and storage synchronization. It can meet the requirements of heavy-duty linear impact tests for various types of automotive IP and console panels, door interior panels,B-pillar interior panels, interior airbag subsystems, and can verify the force situation of related component enterprises during the product design stage under various vehicle collision conditions.
