乘用车顶部抗压强度试验是国家汽车强制性检验和汽车评价规范的重要试验之一.随着标准的迭代,越来越多的相关标准开始关注乘员头部在该试验过程中受到的挤压伤害情况.本文通过对国内外相关标准的研究,研制出一种由电动执行器作为主控单元的乘员头部伤害测量装置.该装置头型定位快捷,操作简便,支持6个自由度可调,可与不同白车身的座椅安装孔固定,超出规定载荷后能进行自动快速溃缩;拥有外部触发与手动触发两种触发模式;通过外部触发可以实现本装置传感器与乘用车顶部抗压强度设备数据同步采集,采集频率高并且具备数据回访和导出功能.
The roof crush resistance test of passenger cars is one of the important tests in the national mandatory automobile inspection and automobile evaluation specifications.With the iteration of the standards,more and more relevant standards begin to focus on the crush injury of the passenger head during the test.Through the research on the relevant standards at home and abroad,a passenger head injury measuring device with the electric actuator as the main control unit is developed.The head positioning of the device is fast,and the operation is simple,it supports six degrees of freedom adjustment,and can be fixed with the seat mounting holes of different body in white.It can automatically and quickly collapse when exceeding the specified load;there are two trigger modes,external trigger and manual trigger.Through external trigger,the data of the device sensor and the roof jacking device can be collected synchronously.The collection frequency is high,and the function of data revisit and export is available.
