摘要
本文深入探讨了极端天气下供电保障工作质量安全现状、所依据的相关标准.通过对灾前预防、灾中应急和灾后恢复3个阶段的详细分析,本文全面阐述了标准化在预警监测、设备巡检、物资储备、现场勘查和应急供电等方面的关键作用.同时,本文还通过具体的案例分析,进一步提出了完善现行相关标准的建议.
Abstract
This paper discusses in depth the current situation of quality and safety of power supply guarantee work under extreme weather,and the relevant standards based on it.Through the detailed analysis of the three phases of pre-disaster prevention,emergency response and post-disaster recovery,this paper comprehensively explains the key role of standardization in early warning and monitoring,equipment inspection,material reserves,on-site investigation and emergency power supply.At the same time,through a specific case study,this paper suggests that the relevant standards need to be revised.
