Research on the Renewal Path and Strategy of Old Street Blocks from the Perspective of Cultural Scene Creation:A Case Study of the Nostalgic Theme Block of Nanhu East Road in Nanjing
The transformation of"scene mode"of urban growth and the rise of cultural consumption have reshaped the renewal and development path of post-industrial cities,and the cultural scene has become a new paradigm for the renewal of old urban blocks.Based on the review of the"scene theory",the paper constructs the logic of cultural scene construction in the renewal of old blocks,and analyzes the specific path and strategy of scene construction in combination with the practice case of the renewal of nostalgic themed blocks in Nanhu East Road,Nanjing.Research has shown that the creation of cultural scenes in old neighborhoods follows an objective structural optimization path of reshaping spatial entities,renovating spatial facilities,coexisting different populations,and integrating diverse activities.With the construction of the original context system,the presentation and dissemination of theme landscapes,and the game balance of multiple entities,local emotional cohesion,revitalization of block vitality,and continuous operation optimization can be achieved.The research aims to provide implementation references for the renewal of old neighborhoods.
