摘要
针对污水处理厂进水泵房泵机运行效率低、能耗大等问题,设计了一种基于遗传算法的泵机效率寻优方法.结合上海某污水处理厂进水泵房的实测数据,对实际的泵机运行特性数据进行拟合分析,对等效率曲线和调速运行规律建立目标函数;并在约束条件下使用遗传算法对泵机效率模型进行寻优计算,找出最高效率工作点和泵机机组优化工作匹配点,以提高泵机运行效率.仿真结果表明:通过组合变频泵和对不同流量范围的泵机进行效率寻优,可以实现根据污水实际流量进行泵机的开启与最优调控,达到较好的节能效果.
Abstract
To solve the problems of low operating efficiency and high energy consumption of pumps in the inlet pump room of sewage treatment plants,a pump efficiency optimization method based on a genetic algorithm is designed.Combined with the real data of the inlet pump room of a Shanghai sewage treatment plant,the real pump operating characteristics data are fitted and analyzed,and an objective function is established for the equivalent efficiency curve and speed regulation operation rules.A genetic algorithm is used to find the pump efficiency point.Optimization calculations are performed on the pump efficiency model under constraint conditions,and the highest efficiency working point and the optimization work matching point of the pump unit are obtained to improve the pump operating efficiency.The experimental results show that by combining variable frequency pumps and optimizing the efficiency of pumps with different flow ranges,it is possible to start and optimally regulate the pump according to the real flow of sewage,thus achieving better energy-saving effects.
