摘要

针对现有冷热电气综合能源系统单一性考虑系统经济成本或环境污染,并且对用户舒适度考虑不足的问题,建立了一种含冷热电气的综合能源系统调度模型.通过预测综合投票数(POCV)方法,从光和热两方面衡量用户舒适度建立评价体系,用Matlab/Cplex对系统模型进行仿真求解.仿真结果表明:在考虑用户舒适度情况下,以碳排放最优作为运行策略,系统的整体运行效果更好.

Abstract

To solve the problem that the existing integrated energy system of hot and cold electricity only considers the economic cost or environmental pollution of the system and the user comfort is not considered enough,a scheduling model of a comprehensive energy system including hot and cold electricity is established.The predicted comprehensive voting count(POCV)method is used to build an evaluation system to measure user comfort from both light and heat aspects.Matlab/Cplex is used to simulate and solve the system model.The simulation results show that the overall operation effect of the system is better when the user comfort is considered and the carbon emission optimization is taken as the operation strategy.
