To promote the effective breakthrough innovation of Shanghai's high-end equipment enterprise in collaboration with foreign-funded R&D centers,based on the perspective of value creation and value distribution of collaborative innovation,the impact mechanism of foreign factors,innovation environment,technological factors,and differences between collaborative innovation parties on the breakthrough innovation of Shanghai's high-end equipment enterprise collaborative foreign investment is revealed.In addition,five mechanisms and eight policy suggestions are proposed to promote breakthrough innovation in Shanghai high-end equipment enterprises collaborative foreign-funded R&D centers.
