As urban elevated roads have higher and higher requirements for on-site civilized construction and environmental protection,the safety and quality management requirements are becoming more and more refined.The prefabrication technology of assembled bridge components integrates standardization,factoryization and modularization,which can efficiently improve the level of mechanical automation,ensure the quality of the project,accelerate the construction progress,reduce the labor intensity,and reduce the adverse impact on the environment.It has become the leading construction direction of the domestic and foreign construction industries.An actual project is utilized as a case study to illustrate the production control of prefabricated section cover beams,and elaborates on the crucial construction technologies involved in prefabricated bridge cover beams,including concrete placement,formwork installation,steel bar processing and binding,as well as embedded parts positioning.Meanwhile,the finite element analysis software Abaqus is employed to analyze the force distribution of the inverted T cover beam.The weak points of the structure can be identified through the analysis,which is beneficial to guide the manufacturing design of the cover beam.The engineering practice has broadened the direction of the application of prefabricated large-scale components on municipal bridges and the selection of construction sites in the future,and has reference significance.
