The impact of the digital economy on urban economic resilience in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration——Using consumption upgrading as the mediating variable
As an emerging economic form,can the digital economy become a driving force for urban economic resilience?To study the impact of the digital economy on urban economic resilience,the entropy weight method,fixed-effects model,and mediation effect model are utilized to analyze the panel data from 41 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration from 2010 to 2022.The results show that the digital economy can improve urban economic resilience by stimulating consumption upgrading.However,the digital economy exhibits a dual threshold effect on improving urban economic resilience.Only when the development of the digital economy reaches a certain level does it have a significant driving effect on the resilience of the urban economy.
