摘要

为设计直流接触器陶瓷罩尺寸,需要研究直流接触器燃弧过程中的电弧电压电流的曲线变化以及电弧运动情况.以某款DC750 V/300 A无极性直流接触器为载体搭建三维电弧仿真模型,首先,借助磁流体动力学(MHD)电弧瞬态数学模型以及Fluent动网格技术,对Fluent进行二次程序开发;其次,搭建三维电弧仿真模型,并计算直流接触器三维电弧运动;最后,进行了电弧实验和仿真,观察试后样机烧蚀情况.仿真与实验结果表明:仿真得到的弧压与电流曲线可以准确呈现实验曲线趋势,验证了仿真结果的准确性.同时,通过观察仿真的温度场结果,可以清晰观察到陶瓷罩内部电弧的燃烧形状.以上搭建的模型可以为无极性直流接触器产品设计以及灭弧研究提供参考.

Abstract

To design the size of the ceramic cover for a DC contactor,it is necessary to study the curve changes of arc voltage and current and the arc motion during the arcing process of the DC contactor.A certain type of DC750 V/300 A non-polar DC contactor is used as the carrier.First,the Fluent software is secondarily developed based on the magnetohydrodynamic(MHD)arc transient mathematical model and Fluent dynamic mesh technology.Second,a three-dimensional arc simulation model is built,and the three-dimensional arc motion of the DC contactor is calculated.Finally,arc experiments and simulations are conducted to observe the ablation of the prototype after the test.The simulation and experimental results show that the arc voltage and current curves obtained from the simulation can accurately present the trend of the experimental curves,and the accuracy of the simulation results is verified.At the same time,by observing the temperature field results of the simulation,the burning shape of the arc inside the ceramic cover can be clearly observed.The results of the proposed model can provide a reference for the product design and arc extinguishing research of non-polar DC contactors.
