Based on the perspective of team reflexivity,this paper studies the influence of Technology-based enterprise,Top management team(TMT)cognition on enterprise innovation performance from cognitive ability aspect and cognitive heterogeneity aspect.On the basis of literature review and analysis,a theoretical model is firstly constructed to carry out research.Secondly,using the scale measurement method to obtain the research data,and then with guidance of the theoretical model,this study introduces 4 mathematical models for empirical research.Finally,the hypothesis is verified by hierarchical regression analysis.Through empirical research,we find that TMT cognitive ability and cognitive heterogeneity have a positive impact on innovation performance.Both task reflexivity and affective reflexivity can positively regulate this relationship.Furthermore,with the enhancement of task reflexivity and emotion reflexivity,the influence of TMT cognitive ability and cognitive heterogeneity on enterprise innovation performance increases.
