摘要

把内部团队过程、创新氛围引入高阶理论,对相关文献进行梳理,提出理论假设,并构建理论关系模型,分析董事会认知需要对创新绩效的影响,以及内部团队过程、创新氛围所起的作用.通过对有效样本的实证研究表明:董事会认知需要与创新绩效显著正相关;董事会认知需要对创新氛围有显著的正向影响,创新氛围对创新绩效有显著的正向影响.因此,创新氛围能够中介董事会认知需要对创新绩效的正向影响;内部团队过程对董事会认知需要与创新氛围之间起正向调节作用.

Abstract

With the internal team process and innovation atmosphere are introduced into the upper echelons theory,this paper reviews relevant literature,proposes theoretical hypotheses,and constructs a theoretical relationship model to deeply analyze the impact of board cognition needs on innovation performance,as well as the role of internal team process and innovation atmosphere.The empirical study on effective samples shows that the board's cognitive need has a significant positive impact on innovation performance and innovation atmosphere,innovation atmosphere has a significant positive impact on innovation performance,and can mediate the positive impact of board's cognitive need on innovation performance.The internal team process can positively regulate the relationship between the board's cognitive needs and the innovation atmosphere.
