Fault Recovery Strategy for Grid-Based Distribution Networks Considering Dynamic Islanding
A grid-based distribution network fault recovery strategy considering dynamic islanding is proposed to address the long-term operation problem of fault islands in grid based distribution networks.Firstly,an islanding strategy based on the time-varying characteristics of distributed generation(DG)and breadth first search is proposed.Secondly, the sustainable carrying capacity coefficient index is proposed,a corresponding islanding dynamic optimization strategy is designed for isolated islands. Then, the intra grid fault reconstruction and inter grid support models are established. Finally, the effectiveness of the fault recovery strategy is verified on a 109 node example of the cyber physical system(CPS)in the distribution network. The case study results show that the strategy has significant advantages in restoring important loads, reducing network losses, and reducing node voltage offsets.
