Analysis of Mechanical Properties of Cylindrical Roller Bearings Under Eccentric Load Conditions
For cylindrical roller bearings that rotate at high speed and subjected to eccentric loads, the mechanical properties of the internal action of the bearings are analyzed. The contact load, contact stress, logarithmic modification and deformation of the bearing under the eccentric load of the roller caused by the installation and the eccentric load of the rolling element under different eccentric load moments generated during the work are analyzed. The results show that, with the increase of load, the eccentric load angle increases, and the contact stress between the rolling element and the inner ring of the rolling bearing increases, and the contact stress changes significantly at the end.Among them, the logarithmic roller modification can reduce the stress, and the stress changes significantly under the condition of eccentric load.
