混合硝酸熔盐的优选与热物性研究

针对商用二元混合硝酸熔盐熔点高、易冻堵、维护成本高等缺点,采用静态熔融法在二元盐基础上添加LiNO3进行改性.使用同步热分析仪对制备的宽使用温度三元混合硝酸熔盐的熔点和相变潜热进行分析,经过储热成本计算,优选得到综合性能较好的两组混合硝酸熔盐配方.利用高温熔盐密度仪、高温熔盐黏度仪、激光导热仪对优选的混合硝酸熔盐进行密度、黏度、导热系数测试.研究结果表明,优选的熔盐储热材料可以满足中高温储热系统的工程化应用.
In response to the shortcomings of high melting point,easy freezing and blocking,and high maintenance cost of commercial binary molten mixed nitrate,modification is made by adding LiNO3 to binary salt by using static melting method.Melting point and phase transition latent heat of prepared ternary molten mixed nitrate with wide service temperature range were analyzed by using simultaneous thermal analyzer.After heat storage cost calculation,two groups of molten mixed nitrate formulations with better comprehensive property were optimized.The density,viscosity and thermal conductivity of the optimized molten mixed nitrate were measured by high temperature molten salt density meter,high temperature molten salt viscosity meter and laser thermal conductivity meter.The result shows that the optimized molten salt heat storage material can meet the engineering application of medium and high temperature heat storage system.
