脱硫塔综合静力分析与地震响应分析

利用有限元法对某工程干法脱硫塔进行综合静力分析和地震响应分析.建立脱硫塔有限元模型,根据标准规定和脱硫塔结构特点,计算得到不同高度的风载荷.在风载荷、工作负压、自身重力、雪载荷等综合静力作用下,得到脱硫塔应力云图和位移云图.通过时程分析法,获得脱硫塔地震响应位移及层间位移时程曲线.分析结果表明,脱硫塔在风载荷等综合静力作用下,最大应力值为201.84 MPa,位于塔架支撑管道部位,未超过管道所用材料Q235B钢的屈服强度,满足要求.吸收塔的水平位移角为0.000 55,塔架的水平位移角为0.000 4,均小于1/75,满足标准要求.脱硫塔在地震波作用下,吸收塔最大层间位移角为0.003 1,位于吸收塔顶端排烟口至管道上顶面之间,塔架最大层间位移角为0.001,位于塔架第六层,层间位移角均小于1/250,满足标准要求.分析结果从结构强度和抗震性能两方面为脱硫塔的结构设计提供了依据.
Comprehensive static and seismic response analyses of the dry desulfurization tower in a certain project were carried out by using finite element method.Established a finite element model of the desulfurization tower,and calculated the wind load at different heights based on standard regulation and structural characteristic of the desulfurization tower.Under the comprehensive static effect of wind load,working pressure,self gravity,snow load,etc.,the stress and displacement cloud maps of the desulfurization tower were obtained.By using the time history analysis method,the seismic response and inter story displacement time history curves of the desulfurization tower were obtained.The analysis result shows that the maximum stress value of the desulfurization tower under comprehensive static force of wind load and other is 201.84 MPa,located at the support pipeline of the tower,which does not exceed the yield strength of Q235B steel used in the pipeline,and meets the requirement.The horizontal displacement angle of the absorption tower is 0.000 55,and the horizontal displacement angle of the tower is 0.000 4,both of which are less than 1/75,and meet the standard requirement.Under the action of seismic wave,the maximum inter story displacement angle of the desulfurization tower is 0.003 1,located between the smoke exhaust outlet at the top of the absorption tower and the top surface of the pipeline.The maximum inter story displacement angle of the tower is 0.001,located on the sixth floor of the tower,and the inter story displacement angles are all less than 1/250,and meet the standard requirement.The analysis result provides a basis for the structural design of the desulfurization tower from two aspects of structural strength and seismic performance.
