为避免压缩空气含水量过多造成的问题,采用集成设计思想,设计了地铁车辆制动系统压缩空气湿度检测装置.介绍了湿度检测原理,给出了湿度检测装置与主风管的连接形式,并分析了检测逻辑和数据输出与处理方法.
In order to avoid the problem caused by excessive water content of compressed air,the integrated design idea was employed to design a compressed air humidity detection device of subway braking system.The principle of humidity detection was introduced,and the connection form of humidity detection device and main air duct was given.Besides,the detection logic and data output and processing method were analyzed.
