Epoxy casting insulator is a key component of gas insulated metal closed switch equipment,and its quality is affected by vacuum degassing treatment.The epoxy casting process and composition of epoxy casting equipment were discussed.The principles and characteristics of online degassing device and film umbrella degassing device used in epoxy casting equipment were introduced,and the influence of degassing device on epoxy casting insulator was analyzed.
