DC double coil is a common small power consumption scheme of contactor.The contactor DC double coil was designed,the theory was used that the suction,that is ampere-turn,required by different coils of the same magnetic system is the same,combined with a series of calculation formulas,the DC double coil was calculated quickly through the table.Through the comparison of calculation,test and simulation results,the accuracy of the design was verified,which can shorten the product development cycle and has the value of engineering promotion.
