The ozone and ultrasonic composite scale inhibition process for plate heat exchanger was studied.The ultrasonic descaling device and ozone generating device were introduced,the test method was given,and the test result was analyzed.The oxygen and ultrasonic composite scale inhibition process can effectively slow down the plugging phenomenon of plate heat exchanger,reduce the operating pressure of equipment,and prolong the stable operation cycle of equipment,with remarkable effect.
