介绍了大F级燃机透平持环镗床加工工艺.基于透平持环的结构特征,分析深孔加工、斜出口加工、复合型销孔加工、大直径沉孔反刮、大直径螺纹铣加工等先进制造技术,并应用整体硬质合金内冷深孔钻、复合型可换刀片钻、可转位式成型反刮刀、多排齿多刃口螺纹铣刀等刀具,使加工效率提高约40%,并使生产周期由45 d缩短至27 d.
The boring machine processing technology of the large F-class gas turbine retaining ring was introduced.Based on the structural characteristic of the turbine retaining ring,advanced manufacturing technologies such as deep hole machining,inclined outlet machining,compound pin hole machining,large diameter countersink anti-scraping,and large diameter thread milling were analyzed.The machining efficiency was increased by about 40%by using tools such as integral cemented carbide internal cold deep hole drill,compound interchangeable blade drill,indexable molding anti-scraping cutter,multi-row tooth and multi-edge thread milling cutter.The production cycle was reduced from 45 days to 27 days.
