The construction and operation of the smart grid is an inevitable trend in the development of power industry.By integrating the power system with information and communication technology,the smart grid can achieve autonomous perception,automatic optimization,and adaptive regulation of the power system,and improve the reliability,economy,and sustainability of the power system effectively.In the construction and operation of the smart grid,there are some key issues such as network security,data protection,energy storage technology improvement,equipment management,and standard specification.It is pointed out that the construction and operation of the smart grid is an unavoidable trend,and through the exploration of the current status of the smart grid operation and management,the existence of problem is revealed.The problems were analyzed in the operation of the smart grid,and the corresponding improvement measures were proposed to effectively improve the quality and stability of the smart grid operation.
