The original communication system for oilfield regional power dispatching was based on analog signal telephone exchange.Due to the long service life of the device, there were drawbacks such as low clarity of voice call and susceptibility to electromagnetic interference, which cannot meet the requirement of standardized management of smart grid.In this regard, combined with the requirement of development of smart grid technology, based on the Internet protocol telephone technology, relying on the oilfield power grid optical fiber communication resource and Internet architecture,a voice fusion communication system for oilfield regional power dispatching was built. The system topology and function were introduced, the system parameter was provided, and the system characteristic was analyzed. The voice fusion communication system for oilfield regional power dispatching can achieve networked management of dispatching communication, with high quality voice call, automatic recording, visual maintenance interface, and flexible and diverse permission configuration, which improved the communication reliability of oilfield regional power dispatching, and achieved standardization.
