水轮发电机冷却水过滤器及排污管改造

太平湾水电站水轮发电机运行过程中,冷却水过滤器经常被密度较小的漂浮物或悬浮物堵塞,导致机组被迫退出运行.分析堵塞原因,确认为冷却水过滤器在设计时未考虑密度较小的杂质如何排出.该冷却水过滤器排污口通过埋地管道连接至厂房渗漏井,埋地管道较长,设计时未考虑堵塞时的疏通问题.对此,对水轮发电机冷却水过滤器及排污管进行改造.经过技术人员多次论证,更新冷却水过滤器,能够有效过滤和排出污水中的漂浮物或悬浮物.同时对排污管进行改造,提高冷却水过滤器的排污效果.
During the operation of the hydro generator in Taipingwan Hydropower Station,the cooling water filter was blocked by low-density floating or suspended particles frequently,which had led to force the unit into shutdown.Analysis of blocking cause revealed that the original design of the cooling water filter did not consider the discharge of low-density impurity.The blowdown outlet of the cooling water filter is connected to the leakage well of the plant through underground pipeline.The underground pipeline is long,and was designed with no consideration for clearing blockage.To address this,revamp was made to the cooling water filter of the hydro generator and the blowdown pipe.After multiple technical assessments by technician,updating the cooling water filter can effectively filter and discharge floating or suspended particles in the wastewater.Simultaneously,revamp was made to the blowdown pipe to enhance the blowdown efficiency of the cooling water filter.
