The lift fan is critical power equipment for hovercraft,known for its high rotational speed and substantial power absorption.Bearing in the lift fan provides crucial radial support to ensure smooth operation of the impeller assembly.However,prolonged use of bearing results in significant wear of the cage,potentially compromising bearing capacity.To address wear issue of bearing cage of the lift fan under high sea condition,a dynamic analysis model of bearing of the lift fan was established.Stress and deformation analyses were conducted on bearing cage of the lift fan through simulation calculation to elucidate the mechanism of wear of the cage.The validity of the simulation analysis was confirmed through comparison with actual wear pattern observed in bearing cage of the lift fan.
