针对乘务员误操作和相关设备故障导致的电力机车电机环火、轮毂踏面擦伤、二位制开关烧损等事故,设计了一种电力机车换向锁定控制器.介绍了换向控制原理.这一控制器通过采用单片机判断电力机车速度来控制电力机车换向操作.实践证明,设计的电力机车换向锁定控制器能够避免在电力机车高速运行时突然换向导致的伤害,提高电力机车的运行安全性.
To address accidents such as ring fire of motor,wheel hub tread abrasion,and burnout of binary switch caused by trainman misoperation and related equipment failure in electric locomotive,a reversing lockout controller for electric locomotive was designed.The principle of reversing control was introduced.This controller uses a microcontroller to judge the speed of electric locomotive and control the reversing operation of electric locomotive accordingly.Practical application has shown that the designed reversing lockout controller for electric locomotive can prevent injury caused by sudden reversing of electric locomotive at high speed and improve the operational safety of electric locomotive.
