When faults occur in the auxiliary contact,spring energy storage motor,certain secondary circuit,or the main chassis of the circuit breaker in the 10 kV mid-mounted switchgear in substation,the circuit breaker must be pulled out of the cabinet and raised or inverted for repair.This process is complex and poses potential safety risk.A rapid repair device for the 10 kV mid-mounted switchgear in substation had been developed to address this.The material,design,manufacturing,installation,and commissioning of the rapid repair device were introduced.The application of the rapid repair device can reduce labor intensity,prevent unsafe situation,shorten fault repair and maintenance time,and ensure the smooth execution of routine grid maintenance and emergency repair.
