机组供热疏水流程效能提升研究

为有效利用机组供热时的热网疏水热量,减少机组冷源损失,对胜利发电厂3号、4号机组热网疏水系统和凝结水系统进行分析,改进设备运行方式,并对热网疏水回收系统进行改造,实现热网疏水全部回收至机组除氧器.通过研究,减少了供热疏水排入凝汽器造成的热量损失,达到节能降耗的目的,取得良好的经济效益.
In order to effectively utilize the thermal energy from the heat network condensate drainage of the power unit during heat supply and reduce cooling energy loss of the power unit,an analysis was conducted on the heat network condensate drainage system and the condensate water system of Units 3 and 4 at Shengli Power Plant.The operational method of the equipment was optimized,and the heat network condensate recovery system was upgraded to ensure that all condensate drainage from the heat network was returned to deaerator of the power unit.The research led to a reduction in heat loss caused by condensate drainage being discharged into the condenser during heat supply,achieving energy saving and consumption reducing,which resulted in significant economic benefit.
